Help your child prepare a study area in your home.
Encourage your child to follow these steps:
- When studying, begin by organizing materials and making a schedule of what you need to do. Refer to your Leadership Notebook for important assignments and due dates.
- Arrange work in order of priority.
- Review classwork each night.
- Allow sufficient time to prepare for assessments.
- Mark your Leadership Notebook when an assignment is completed and transfer all unfinished tasks to a future date.
- Review your previous weekly schedule and make any necessary adjustments for the upcoming week.
